Cost: $300 for both days (Certification Course); $150 for Day One only (Introduction)

Day One Training is intended for those who wish to learn only the basics of the Program and does not grant Certification. Participants may petition for CECs

Day One and Two Training includes the full Program and must be attended to earn the status of Total Control-Certified Instructor and full CECs.

Upon completion of Day One and Two, Earn 14 hours of IPTA and ACSM CECs.

The American College of Sports Medicine’s Professional Education Committee certifies that Women’s Health Foundation meets the criteria for official ACSM Approved Provider status from (2010 – 2013).
