Missy Lavender is the Founder and Executive Director of Women's Health Foundation (WHF), the sponsor of the Total Control™ Program. As an "incontinence survivor" and avid runner and yoga practitioner, Missy wanted to develop programs that got women "out of the water closet and into the gym" if they, too were experiencing bladder control symptoms. At the same time, she wanted to create opportunities for all women to embrace and learn about the Pelvic Pyramid - the true center of female power. WHF is committed to sponsor research around Total Control™, to put on programs centered in pelvic health and fitness and to bring Total Control™ to women everywhere, especially those least able to afford access to private health clubs or gyms.
